We offer a 12 Month component, fabric and installation warranty, effective from the date of your invoice.
Warranty does NOT cover
Defects or damage which occurs due to misuse, abuse, alterations or weather damage;
Normal wear and tear shall affect the blind over time and is to be expected;
Maintenance and care not in accordance with recommended guidelines and instructions;
Blinds being used outside of recommended dimensions;
Installation warranty only covers installation by our Company, and not that of a third party;
Products should be maintained in good working order adn used in accordance with their purpose.
Neylor products are supplied and warranted in accordance with all legal statutory requirements.
Note: All products come with Manufacturers labour exclusive component part warranty. After 12 Month Neylor warranty has lapsed, all labour costs are to be borne by client.
